The 2008 event will be held on Thursday, June 12, at The Club at Chapel Ridge, (www.chapelridgegolf.com) 1010 Chapel Ridge Drive, Pittsboro, NC. The outing begins at Noon.

 

Price per player is $57.40 and $229.60 per foursome and includes greens fees, cart and a post-outing celebration with real southern barbeque!

 

As this event is organized by Dale’s family and friends for the benefit of Duke Hospice, we ask that on the day of the outing, you make your payment for golf fees directly to The Club at Chapel Ridge.

 

All participants are asked to make a donation of at least $100 to Duke HomeCare & Hospice so that we can continue to provide the end-of-life services that benefited Dale and his family during their final days together. (All donations to Duke HomeCare & Hospice are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.)
